No Limit Poker

No Limit poker is an exciting form of poker in which you can quickly win or lose a very large stack of chips! Here you can play No Limit games of Texas Hold'em, Omaha Hi/Lo and also No Limit Hold'em Tournaments!

No Limit poker is the same as Limit Poker, except for the size of the bets and raises.

Minimum bet or raise
The raise amount must be at least as much as the previous bet or raise in the same round. As an example, if the first player to act bets $2 then the second player must raise a minimum of $2, a total bet of $4.

Maximum bet or raise
There is no maximum bet - hence, "No Limit" You can raise by all the chips you have available at the table, or be raised by all the chips your opponent has!

During the game, you will see a betting "slider" in which you can use to bet many amounts between the minimum and maximum allowable bet size.

NOTE: Each No Limit table has a Maximum Buy-In amount.
Currently, Different tables have different maximum buy-in amounts depending on the table. Maximum buy-ins can range from $5 to $500 or more. This ensures that all players have the opportunity to compete regardless of whether their opponent has thousands of dollars in chips more than they do.

Limit Poker

Fixed-Limit games will have two limit amounts specified, i.e. $1/$2 or $5/$10. The lower limit will be the size of all bets and raises in the earlier rounds of betting. The higher limit will be the size of all bets and raises in the later rounds of betting.

For example in a $3/$6 Texas Hold'em game, a player may bet $3 in the first two rounds of betting, while other players may raise the bet to $6. In the last two rounds of betting, if player bets, (s)he must bet $6 and any raiser must raise to $12.

Pot Limit

Pot Limit poker adds another level of excitement to games such as Omaha. In Pot Limit Poker, the betting limit is guided by the size of the pot and posted bets on the table. Here you can play Pot Limit games of Omaha Hi/Lo, Omaha High, Hold'em, and Pot Limit Omaha Hi/Lo Tournaments!

Pot Limit Poker Rules

Pot Limit is very easy to learn. The difference between regular limit games and Pot Limit games is in the betting amounts.

Minimum bet or raise

In Pot Limit games, the raise amount must be at least as much as the previous bet or raise in the same round. For example, if the first player to act bets $5, then the second player must raise a minimum of $5, a total bet of $10.

Maximum bet or raise

The size of the pot is defined as the total of:

• the Pot in the middle, plus
• all bets on the table, plus
• the amount the active player must first call before raising.

For example, if the pot in the middle is $4 and the first player to act in the round bets $3 and the next player calls $3. You are allowed maximum raise of $13.

Here is how that amount is determined:

Pot in the middle $4
First player bets $3
Second player calls $3
Your call $3
Total in pot before your raise $13

In this case, you may simple call for $3, or you may call and raise anywhere from $3 to $13.
